Ordered a 5600Mah Power Bank received damaged Power Bank with Damaged USB Connection on the Power Bank. Also Non Working LED.
The Case Was Badly Scratched and sent in just a plastic bag. No paperwork no instructions no details or box like the photos on their website. Contacted them gave them the details of the issues and attached photos as required got a response to please tell them what is wrong and send photos. Already did that why should I do the same thing all over again.
Just their way of avoiding the issue. So I was just Going to throw the thing out but because it has a Battery I went to take it apart to dispose of properly when i open it up and pulled out the batter from the case it clearly states on the battery the power is 4200MaH. That's a Big difference from the claim that its a 5600 Mah Battery. This is clear fraud Filed a complaint with PayPal and will File Case with FTC for Fraud.
Do not trust this company they lie and sell junk this is nothing more then a rip off. When contact them you get the same generic scripted responses as always. How a company expects to keep customers by ripping them off and telling lies is beyond me. They need to learn that doing honest business brings you repeat loyal customers.
Also brings you positive feedback and good word of mouth.
I am sure they will reply here with the same generic So sorry for your problems Please contact us so we can make better or something to that affect. They had their chance and did nothing.
