I ordered a package from TinyDeal in early July, 2014. After three weeks I checked the tracking site to find out where the package

was. It turned out the package had arrived to my country but the local post office sent it back with the note: "undeliverable". (I

didn't get notifier in my postbox so I didn't go to the post to pick the package up, so they returned the package to the sender)

The package left my country by the end of July and arrived to the PostNL centre in the Netherlands.

I sent an e-mail to TinyDeal who misunderstood the situation and told me "Be patient, sometimes it takes 2 months to deliver". I

explained again, that the package is on its way back to them, please help me.

Unfortunately their customer service works in a very poor quality, many times the operator who replies my email does not know the

issue and facts, just send me one or two useless sentences. Mainly: "let's wait". I was horrible as I tried to communicate to them

each week.

Meanwhile the package was still in the center of PostNL, according to the tracking site. So I didn't beleive that the package arrives

to TD, there could be some problem with the package, and I asked TinyDeal to communicate to their vendor, PostNL and help on my issue.

They promised contacting PostNL (who is responsible to delvier their package to them) and a deadline how long to wait. I told them OK,

but I would need my money back when the deadline expires. When it expired satill nothing happened.

Then I sent a complaint to PayPal, as I paid for the package via PayPal. In a short period of time my issue was closed at PP, as the

transaction was older than 45 days. So they didn't help either.

I sent to TinyDeal an e-mail with the summary of our issue (no effective steps were made by them to help me, poor quality of customer

service etc.) and warned them: if you didn't try to help me, I would share my bad experiences with the community.

Answer: let's wait, we must wait until thew package arrives to TinyDeal. And I had to ask my local post office to give a document

which proves I hadn't picked the package up. Although on the tracking site it is clear that the package had been returned to the

sender.

I got the document and sent it to them. They answered: "ok, we contact PostNL". So they didn't do that before, it is an evidence that

they didn't do anything, just lieing. Then I asked them to do the same, and ask a non-delivery document from PostNL but they just

ignore my request.

I explained to them that they hadn't delivered, I have a complaint they should investigate and try to help me, as seller. After many

emails I told them again, that I share my bad experiences on the Internet.

Finally they offer 60% refund as TinyDeal points, I can use to order items. I declined for the first time, but in their arrogant

replies they just say: they can refund only 60%. I think it is a robbery, but I am near to give up and accept it, as now it is

December, I don't think the package will be delivered by PostnL to TinyDeal in my life. Or TD got it and now just lieing, and that's

wha they igonre my request to get a non-delivery document from PostNL, as I did from the local PO.

So I set up a list that costs around 70% of the original package and asked them to refiund the amount to be able to place the order.

They replied: we can refund only 60%. OMG, what a pettiness!

I suggest to everyone to pick another webshop to order from China, as if any problem happens TinyDeal won't help you.

Exact same issue! My delivery was undeliverable and even the post office doesn't know why.

They decline to refund the payment and want a proof that i did not recieve the package. My local post office tells me they can't give me any proof beside the tracking information provided online. I had lot of contact with tinydeal but they won't understand.

I think the parcel was already returned to them and they recieved it but they conceal this. Never ever again tinydeal!

I feel your pain, their communication is very poor.

I am in the same boat, the tracking number they gave me shows the package going to Brazil, i am in Australia.

So far up to 25 emails and the same answer, just wait another 30 business days, currently up to 60 and still counting.

I bought a thl 5000 smartphone, tinydeal sent my phone by PostNL but I have not received it, the local post office told me that the tracking number not found in our database, after two months i have contacted the tinydeal support and he let me wait one more month to tell me that your package is delivered

when i track my parcel with the tracking number i got this message :

A signature is required upon delivery of this item

The item has arrived in the country of destination
